PURCHASING & SHIPPING

How Do I Place A Fine Art Print Order?

Purchasing a print can be completed through any of my fine art photography series. Simply click or tap on an image of interest, and use the drop down menus found on every product page to choose the size and finish for the art. From there you may select “PURCHASE” and proceed to checkout. This site is protected by SSL technologies to ensure all eCommerce transactions are securely processed through Stripe™ payment systems. Your personal information is always kept private.

How Long Will It Take To Receive My Order?

Your order will be confirmed via email, and then put into production. Every piece is custom made to order, so please allow approximately 21 days for production and delivery for all U.S. orders. Please allow an additional week for international deliveries.

Do You Ship Your Prints Internationally?

Yes! If you would like to order a fine art print to be shipped outside the U.S., please follow the purchasing instructions above and be sure to include your mailing address and contact information during checkout. You will receive a custom invoice via email for international shipping charges after you place your order. All international collectors are responsible for any import taxes or duty fees. Please allow additional delivery time for international shipments.

What Is Your Return Policy?

Since all fine art prints are custom made to order, all sales are final and non-refundable. Our world-class prints are meticulously hand-crafted by the top fine art finishers to provide a museum-quality guarantee for every piece. Please CLICK HERE to learn more about our printing process.

What If My Print Arrives Damaged?

My fine art prints are expertly packaged in custom wooden crates to ensure that your artwork arrives safely. However, at times unfortunate things can happen that are beyond our control and there’s a chance your order could arrive damaged. In such cases, it’s required that any damage claims must be filed within 48 hours of receiving your delivery, otherwise we cannot make a claim with our shipment carrier and thus cannot assume responsibility. Please open and inspect your crate immediately after delivery. If you notice any damages, carefully follow these instructions:

1. When the shipment arrives, examine the outside of the box and please note any visible damage when you sign for it. 

2. If damaged, take a picture of the outside of the crate before you open it.

3. Open the package and take pictures of any damage points on the artwork.

4. Send all photos and your contact information to codyrobertsphotography@gmail.com with the subject line “Damaged Order” Please retain the original crate and packaging associated with the order, until a damage claim can be completed with our shipping provider. We will work with you during this time to keep you updated on the claim status and get a replacement print out to you.

Do You Offer Custom Sizes?

Yes, I’m always willing to work with my clients to find the perfect solution for their space and accommodate their vision. I typically avoid altering the shape of an image, as certain sizing requests may require cropping and change the composition that was artistically designed. Nevertheless, please let me know what you’re thinking - I’d love to hear from you!

How Big Can You Print?

Using modern, high-resolution camera systems and state-of-the-art printing technologies allows us to print up to 120” wide. If you’re looking for a larger size than this, we can break the print up into multiple panels as a diptych, triptych, or quad to fill any wall space. Please contact us for projects that require sizing beyond the what’s listed on our site!

Do You Offer External Framing?

Yes, we work with Roma Moulding to provide premium quality, Italian-made wooden frames to finish the art. We’re happy to suggest our favorite framing styles, or let you pick something custom to match your interior. If you’d like to order your artwork framed, please contact us!

How Do You Guarantee the Quality and Authenticity of Your Work?

How Do I Hang And Display My Print?

My acrylic face-mount prints utilize a float mount hanging system that’s anchored to the wall using French cleat. Hanging hardware will be included with your artwork. I recommend having a professional install the art in your home to ensure the piece is level, securely hung, and doesn’t get damaged. If you choose to hang the artwork yourself, make sure you have another person to assist you to handle the print.

Where Were Your Photographs Captured?

Each of my current fine art photography series were created on the islands of Hawaiʻi, including Maui, Kauaʻi, and the Big Island. Through careful studies of light, geography, and weather patterns, some of my images can take several months or even years to plan and create.
